Power Yoga– Develop strength, flexibility and relaxation through series dynamic strong flows with particular focus on core awareness, arm balances, inversions and breath work. This moving meditation will strengthen your body an ease your mind.

Prenatal Yoga – A rejuvenating yet energizing gentle class adapted to prenatal mothers.  This class emphasizes stability, flexibility and vitality. Prenatal yoga is safe for any trimester and perfect for any level of yoga experience. In each class, you will be led step by step through therapeutic postures and alignment that will help you stabilize your joints, connect to your core and to your baby.  You will find support, guidance, and inspiration for enjoying your journey and becoming the mom you want to be!  An excellent preparation for the delivery of your baby through breathing, body and mind awareness.

Piyo – A music-driven, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of yoga & Pilates.  Define yourself by this full-body endurance and strength workout!!!

Slow Deep Stretch Yoga Flow – Gentle pace class, which focus on improving balance and flexibility. 

Yoga Sculpt – This class incorporates hand weights and high intensity cardio busts for a maximum calorie burning effect!
The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga practice.
Amazing way to incorporate weight training into the flow series.
