 Barre/Mat Pilates

A unique combination of fitness techniques from dance, yoga and Pilates resulting in the ultimate workout that will challenge both your mind and body. Get the strong and lean body you have always wanted.   Modifications are offered for all levels of students, and trained instructors emphasize form over speed. Small class sizes provide the opportunity for students to get to know each other, support each other, and creates a great sense of community and environment for growth.

Cardio Barre – Cardio Barre is a body toning, high energy strength and cardio exercise class that combines fast paced dance-inspired barre workout with light weights to tone your body from head to toes!!!!

Barre/Mat Pilates – Unique combination of fitness techniques from dance, yoga and pilates resulting in the ultimate workout that will challenge both your mind and body.

Booty Sculpt – Booty Sculpt is a fun cardio workout which utilizes the barre to help tone and define the entire body, with emphasis on the booty.  Following the same techniques used in Pilates, this is a perfect low-impact exercise for those looking to build strength and flexibility while targeting the glutes and legs.
